We offer "Custom Made"

Dream Foals! 

 

I will allow Customers to Select one of our Available Broodmares, and I will breed the mare to one of our Stallions... to create the Dream Foal desired for that customer.  Some people desire certain bloodlines, certain sizes, prefer certain Colors, or breed crosses.  We can help "Custom Make" the most ideal foal for the buyer.

We also Color Test our stallions and mares, and through years of studying Color Genetics in Horses... we can make nearly any desired color.

 

 

Package Price will Include:

-Use of one of my Broodmares to produce a foal for customer, subject to Availability and approval.

-Stud Fee to one of our stallions

-All Breeding Expenses... Breeding Management, exams, ultrasounds, inseminations, semen collections, medications, and Pregnancy checks, for mare during breeding of the mare

-Care of broodmare during her pregnancy here, including board, vaccinations, deworming, dental care, etc.

-Basic Care of Foal from Birth through Weaning Time

-Registration of Foal with AQHA, APHA, ApHC, or IQPA if eligible.

-Package Deals will be Private Treaty between Bedonna and Foal Buyer.

Live/Healthy Foal Guaranteed.  (Written agreement will outline details of agreement to protect both parties)

-If mare fails to conceive during the breeding season, the Money can be applied to a different available Foal In-Utero, newborn foal, weanling, yearling, broodmare or horse owned by Bedonna. 

-Payments through Pregnancy, and through weaning time of foal, allowing for smaller payments over an extended period of time.

Benefits of purchasing Foals before born….

1. Foals can be selected and reserved before other buyers purchase them.

2. Prices are subject to change, so putting a deposit on a foal guarantees that price.

3.  Making payments over an extended period of time allows for smaller payments.  Smaller payments are often easier on monthly or bi-weekly budgets in many cases.
4.  Buyers don’t always have the finances, facilities, experience, or knowledge to have broodmares and raise foals… but buying a foal before it is born gives the buyer the excitement of the birth of the foal… and then the buyer gets to witness the growth and development of the foal through photographs and/or visits to the ranch.

5. Buyer is not responsible for the cost of the broodmare, stud fees, and broodmare care… or the responsibility of the care at birth and raising the foal.

6.  Mares bred at our facility receive pre-breeding exams, vaccinations, and routine dental care.  Our mares are ultra-sounded during her cycle to monitor her reproductive health, and to monitor follicle development and ovulation in an added effort to insure the best pregnancy outcome, and screen for twins.  We Ultrasound our mares’ pregnancies at different intervals to insure the pregnancy is developing normally.

7.  Mare at our ranch are bred A.I. so we know exact breeding dates, and can predict due dates.

 Mares must be reserved, and Contracts completed by MAR 1 of Breeding Season if possible...

Packages will Start at $2000 and up for Pony Mare bred to ?

With most AQHA & ApHC Mares in the $5000 to $6500 range... and a few Mares may be in the $7000 to $9000 price range... and Stallion chosen will effect price of package also.
I general Do Not do Cremello/Perlino to another creme gene horse.


Minimum of $500 Deposit to Reserve a Mare... with a Minimum of $1500 toward Package Due Before Mare will be bred....
Once Mare is confirmed IN-FOAL... Payments on Balance Owed will begin for Remainder of Mare's Pregnancy... through Birth, and until Foal is 3-4 months old. (approx. 13 to 14 months to pay Balance) 


If Mare fails to get pregnant during that season... the money can be applied to the purchase of

another Foal In-Utero, newborn, older foal, or another available horse...
