This is a Super Nice colt.  He is a carbon copy of his sire, and that is how he got his name!
He is double bred Doc's Hickory with 37.5% Doc's Hickory blood.

Here is his sire, Denim Hickory, who is an NCHA money earner, and who was bred at the EE Ranches.
Denim Hickory also has points in several events in FQHR and was named 2007 High Point Aged Stallion.

This is Hickorys Tenina, the dam of the colt.  She is a wonderful mare, and I have ridden her in open Team Sorting competitions.  She is Very cowy and athletic.  She is also built like a Mac truck!

These were taken in August after he she is baby hair.  He looks Just Like his sire!
 

This one was taken in November 2007 with a thick winter coat after he was weaned.


These pictures taken April 2008, as a yearling.  He still has not shed off his winter coat.
